EPE foam sheet machine after adding the low density high pressure polyethylene and the talcum powder into extruder, through mixing、plasticizing、melting and homogenizing in screw barrel，injecting the butane and monostearin through the pressure metering pump.Then, all materials get full contact 、mixing、homogenizing with each other under the condition of appropriate temperature，formation the foam, extruded by machine head through the filter screen net, through the sizing devise , cooling, cutting, flattening and the traction ,static elimination, second flattening, rolling by the rolling machine finally to get the ready product.
