EPE foam sheet bonding machine, also named as EPE foam sheet thickening machine
EPE foam sheet bonding machine, also named as EPE foam sheet thickening machine, it is used for bonding two layers of EPE sheets together. Normal EPE sheets’ thickness is within 10mm, so if customers need EPE sheets with thickness more than 10mm, we need to bond two layers of even more layers to get this thickness.
This is how EPE foam sheet bonding machine works: After the heating element is heated, the blower blows the hot air into the air box. Then the air box then blow out the hot air of the same temperature evenly. This hot air is blown to the meeting part of two rolls of EPE sheets and the heat melts the surface of the sheets , meanwhile, the pressing rolls press them and bond them into a thicker sheet. 
Common EPE foam sheet bonding machines have two types: One is bonding by heat, the other is bonding by fire ( with LPG). As epe sheets are foamed by butane gas, the products contain a certain amount of butane gas, so bonding by fire is more difficult. Now on the market, more than 99% customers are using electricity bonding machine while fire bonding is mostly used for bonding XPE products because XPE products are non-inflammable.
