Folding mat forming machine is composed of these main parts: chain conveying part, heating part, hydraulic pressing part, mould and cutting & trimming part.
The chains conveys the laminated EPE or XPE sheets into the heating part, then the pressing part will press it so that its surface has the emboss made on the mould and it also gets the crease for folding. Then the cutting part cut it into the mat size that you want.
Folding mat forming machine mould material is aluminum alloy. Normal mould size is 1800x2000mm. If you want to make different designs of surface, you can change moulds with different designs.
