How many containers are needed for a full set of EPE baby mat production line?
A full set of EPE mat production line includes 180-type EPE extruding line, 2200-type extrusion laminating machine, 2200-type EPE bonding machine, 2200-type EPE cutting machine and recycling machine. The whole line needs three 40HQ. The extrusion laminating machine needs one 40HQ. The 180 extruder needs one and a half 40HQ, and the rest half is for the other machines.
If you choose a 200-type extruder, then one 45HQ and two 40HQ are needed because 200 extruder is much longer and 40HQ is not long enough for it.
