Big type of EPE extruding line can make low-density EPE sheets which has small corrugation. Some of our customers who have good experience can make flat EPE sheets with low density. For the same specification of sheets, if you use small-type of extruders, the density will be higher so the production cost is higher.
As for EPE bonding machine, if you want a high speed, we suggest that you use more than 4 or 5 heaters. The more heaters, the higher speed, and it will also reduce the production cost.
