Is the EPE production line dangerous?
When people who don’t understand EPE production lines mention the production of epe products, they would often say that the EPE production line is easy to explode and catch fire. In fact, that is because butane gas or LPG is used during the production. Butane or LPG is a flammable substance, but everybody uses LPG at home when they cook, we can’t say that because LPG is easy to catch fire, we should stop cooking.
The things we need to do is to maintain the ventilation during production and stop smoking in the workshop, then we can eliminate this hidden danger. Another thing is the warehouse planning should be reasonable and perfect. The finished products should be put into the warehouse in time and can’t be piled everywhere randomly.
The reasons for the fire of butane gas are nothing more than the following several factors:
1.Butane gas leakage.
2.Poor ventilation in the workshop. If there is butane leakage and the ventilation of the workshop is not good, within a short period of time the indoor butane concentration will be high.
3.There is flame or electric spark.
These 3 factors are indispensable. Now the production technology of the epe machine is very perfect. During operating, if you follow the manufacturer's instructions, the danger of fire and explosion can be completely eliminated.
