XPE floating blanket is also known as “floating pad” or “floating bed”. It is an xpe board used for floating in swimming pools or lakes and rivers. Most of them are made of XPE sheets with a thickness of 3cm or 4cm. Exported XPE floating blankets have stricter requirements on toughness and tension. In this case, many customers usually add a nylon mesh in the middle of the XPE sheet to increase its tension.

XPE floating blanket equipment includes XPE bonding machine and online cutting machine. There are two types of machines to bond XPE sheets, one is by electric heating, the other is by flame, customers can choose either of them according to their own situation, but if you need to put nylon mesh inside, you can’t use flame because it might burn the nylon mesh.
We have machines which can bond 3 layers of XPE sheets, too. It can save time but the machine is more expensive.
After the XPE sheets are bonded, it will be cut by the cutting machine. The online cutting machine can cut it into the size of floating blanket without influencing the bonding process.
