EPE foam sheet recycling machine is hand feeding, and the sheet is not broken, so the manufacturer give
special attention to users:
1.The bulk material without foaming is strictly prohibited to add into the material mouth, otherwise the EPE recyling machine(epe granulator) will be damaged.Only long strip of unfoamed material with thumb thickness can be added directly.
2.The EPE recyling machine(epe granulator) shall not be started up if it is not preheated to the set temperature and kept warm for 20 minutes.
3.Unfoamed waste are prohibited to put into the machine
4.The electric current couldn't exceed 30A,or alarm motor will stop.
5.The EPE foam waste should be kept for more than 7 days before granulation
6.When feeding, do not push materials into the feeding mouth with wooden rod, iron rod etc, because the broken wood chips easy to block the net, iron rod easy to jam the screw so that damage the EPE recyling machine(epe granulator) ;The worker should feed evenly and not push the material directly by hand.In case of industrial accidents, plastic rods are allowed.
7.The factory must raise the safety consciousness of the workers.
