Which consumes more butane gas? Thick epe sheets? Or think epe sheets?
Many people would say, of course thick epe sheets consume more butane gas because it has bigger bubble holes. In fact, this saying is wrong. It is true that the butane gas consumes more when we make thick sheets, but at the same time, the output of thick epe sheets is bigger than thin epe sheets, isn't it?
So, we need to see, how much butane gas we use to make 1 ton of material. If we compare in this way, the result is correct.
To make 1 ton of thin epe sheets, we need about 250kg of butane gas. However, if we make 1 ton of thick epe sheets, then about 200kg of butane gas is enough. So it is clear, thin epe sheets consume more butane gas. Why?
Butane gas for making thick sheets are mainly covered inside the bubble holes while that for making thin sheets are mostly leaked, only very small amount is inside the bubble holes. This is the reason.
