Notes on the production of EPE foaming sheet production line
EPE foaming sheet production line is to use flammable materials as foaming agent, so producers remind specially users to notice the following items:
1.The production workshop, pump room and warehouse must properly deal with good ventilation and exhaust facilities. To ensure that the concentration of flammable substances in air is lower than safety discharge standard.
2.Pay close attention to the sealing of flammable substances conveying system at any time, once finding the flammable material is leak and escape, must solve it timely .
3.No smoking and fire in the workshop, pump room. Place Warning signs in the marked position. Must be equipped with complete enough practical fire fighting equipment and facilities.
4.Producers have to improve the safety and fire control awareness of the staff , and strengthen safety and fire control education.
5.Workshop and warehouse should be separated, the sheet produced should be storage in time, not pile up in the workshop. No piling up epe foam sheet and other flammable material near winding machine. Do the fire treatment above the winding machine.
6.Workshop ceiling should use flame resistant material, especially the winding machine position.
7.The equipment should be connected with ground steadily by cable which cross-section is over than 10mm2 according to the marking.
