EPE foam products (sheet or film) are made of polyethylene raw materials, which are heated, melted, extruded, catalyzed, and foamed by the PE foam sheet extrusion line. The characteristics of EPE foam sheets are sound insulation and impact resistance, shockproof, waterproof, non-toxic, no peculiar smell, soft, etc. The EPE foam sheet extrusion line can form sheets with a thickness of 0.2-12mm at one time. 

A.It is strictly forbidden to wear shoes with metal nails to enter the workshop, so as to avoid sparks caused by friction between the nails and the ground, causing combustion and explosion.     

B.Workers in the workshop must wear cotton-based clothes, because the weather is dry in winter, the friction of polyester and acrylic clothes can easily generate static electricity and cause sparks, causing combustion and explosion.

1. Screw: It is made of 38CrMnALA nitrided steel. After heat treatment and tempering, nitriding treatment and surface treatment chrome plating, the screw has the characteristics of high strength and high surface hardness, thereby increasing the service life of the screw of  EPE foam sheet production line. The screw s L/D ratio =55:1 (ratio between length and diameter), which improves the plasticizing capacity and quality of the screw.
